Official ticketing

Geneva Arena does not handle ticketing for events; it is the organiser who is responsible for selling the tickets.

Tickets are sold exclusively by the official ticketing outlets listed on each event's page.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy your tickets on unauthorised resale platforms such as Viagogo or other grey-market sites. These platforms often charge exorbitant prices and do not guarantee that the tickets are valid.

FRC Ticket Check

Geneva Arena supports the FRC Ticket Check campaign, an initiative of the Fédération romande des consommateurs aimed at fighting the grey market in ticketing.

Every day, the Fédération romande des consommateurs receives complaints from people who feel they have been cheated when buying tickets online. These resellers buy up tickets in bulk to resell them on the internet using questionable methods, often at an exorbitant price.
