Official ticketing

Geneva Arena does not handle ticketing directly. Tickets for our events are sold exclusively through the official ticketing outlets listed on each event page.

We strongly advise you not to buy your tickets on unauthorised resale platforms such as Viagogo or other grey-market sites. These platforms often charge exorbitant prices and offer no guarantee that the tickets are valid.

FRC Ticket Check

Geneva Arena supports the FRC Ticket Check campaign, an initiative of the Fédération romande des consommateurs aimed at tackling the grey market in ticketing.

Every day, the Fédération romande des consommateurs receives complaints from people who feel cheated when buying tickets online. These resellers buy tickets in bulk to resell them online using questionable methods, often at exorbitant prices.
