Have you lost something at an event at the Geneva Arena? Our cleaning teams go through the entire venue systematically after every event. If your item is found, it will be kept in our administrative offices.

How do I get a lost item back?

1. Contact us by email

Send an email to objets-trouves@geneva-arena.com, stating:

• The event you attended and its date

• A precise description of the lost item

• The approximate location where you were sitting

• Your contact details (name, telephone)

2. Call us

You can also contact our administration on +41 22 710 90 23, preferably at the end of the day after the show (or even two days later, as it sometimes takes us a few days to inspect every corner of the venue).

How long items are kept

Lost property is kept for 30 days in our offices.
